Shanghai Minhang District People's Court on May 31 ordered Shanghai Internet cafe Changyou Cafe to pay the parents of a 15-year old boy 86,000 Yuan (11,200$) after the boy died after playing online games at the Internet cafe for 48 hours straight, reports China Youth Daily.
